Special Needs Transportation:
For hotel shuttle information or special needs transportation, please call 877-589-2671. Accessible equipment is available during scheduled shuttle hours. Please request service at least 20 minutes in advance of desired pick up time.
Taxi Information and Pickup Locations
Taxi service will be available at the Dallas Convention Center outside of Halls C/D.
Train Service
The Dallas Convention Center is accessible through the red and blue lines of the DART rail system and is accessible from several of the International Dairy show hotels. Service runs from 4 AM–12 AM M-F, 4AM–11:45 PM on Sat-Sun. Pricing is $1.75 one way or $4 for a day pass. For additional information, visit http://www.dart.org/.
Shuttle discounts
GO Yellow Checker Shuttle is offering discount airport transportation from either airport for guests of the 2010 International Dairy Show.
Save $5 off the standard rate of $19 each way from either airport — available only online. We are also offering exclusive, private non-stop van service for up to 10 passengers for $85 each way.
Show Management & Attendee Services
International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA)
Be sure to visit the International Dairy Foods Association at booth 1639, and explore the many products and services IDFA has to offer. Brand new editions of IDFA's Membership Directory, Dairy Facts, and Crisis Management Manual will be on display, along with IDFA's extensive array of compliance products, including new editions of our EPA and OSHA Inspection Manuals. Come and see why you should make IDFA part of your team!
Cameras/Photography
Cameras may be carried in the exhibit areas; however, no photographs may be taken of any exhibit without the prior permission of the exhibitor. As a courtesy, photography is prohibited in any conference session without advance authorization from show management. Stop by the press office for more information.
Coat and Baggage Check
Coat and baggage check service will be provided in Halls C/D of the Dallas Convention Center.
Conference Bags
Conference bags can be picked up by attendees at the International Dairy Foods Association booth 1639 or from the sponsor booth - CEM in booth 1228.
Conference Lanyards
Conference lanyards willbe distributed in themain registration area courtesy of our sponsor Chr. Hansen in booth 931.
Conference Notepads
Conference notepads will be available for attendees in our educational session rooms courtesy of our sponsor Celsis Rapid Detection in booth 432.
CompuLead
All badges are printed with a CompuLead barcode on the back. This barcode contains the information provided by the registrant on the registration form. Attendees should present their badge when they visit each exhibitor's booth. Exhibitors will be able to record the information contained in the barcode and follow up post show with additional information about products or services of interest.
In order to make any changes to the CompuLead badge information, please bring the original badge to any staffed registration counter.
First Aid Station
A First Aid Station is located in the C Lower Lobby next to C150.
Information Desk
Information on all International Dairy Show activities, exhibits, and services is available at the Information Desk located in the Registration Area outside of exhibit Hall D.
International Business Center
The International Business Center is located outside of Hall D, adjacent to the main registration area. Services include Internet and e-mail access, lounge areas, private meeting rooms, translators, refreshments and other business services for international visitors. All international visitors are invited.
Lost and Found
All articles will be forwarded to the Security Office for holding.
Trade Publications
Be sure to pick up complimentary industry trade publications from the International Dairy Show media partners. You can find them in the publication bins located near registration.
Dallas Convention Center Services
ATM Services
ATM Banking machines are available at the Dallas Convention Center near the business centers in Lobby A and Lobby C.
Business Center Services
The Business Center is located in Lobby C. Secretarial, postal, packaging, package handling, photocopying, telephone, fax, phone card and other business services are available. Hours of operation will be posted.
Food Service
Food Service is available at various locations within the Dallas Convention Center. Stop by one of the Information Desks to learn about locations.
