Food & Beverage Sampling:

All sampling must be coordinated with Centerplate by submitting the Food & Beverage Sampling Form. Food sampling must not exceeed 2oz. and beverage samples must not exceed 3 oz.

Exhibitors offering a sample of their food or beverage product must comply with all local, state and national regulations of transport, storage, preparation and distribution of the product to include refrigeration of any persishable products.
The City of Dallas requires that a Temporary Food Establishment Permit be obtained by each exhibitor sampling their manufactured product at their booth. IDFA will cover this permit, however all forms must be submitted to Centerplate no later than four weeks prior to the show to receive coverage.
